Yes – ICT holders benefit from intra-EU mobility. Short stays of up to 90 days generally need no prior notification, while longer assignments require a long-term mobility ICT application.
The ICT permit cannot exceed its maximum (3 years for managers/specialists, 1 year for trainees), so to stay longer you generally need to switch to another permit before it expires.

You must already have been employed by the group outside the EU before the transfer – typically about 3 months, and longer (around 6 months for managers and specialists) in the Brussels-Capital Region.
