You must already have been employed by the group outside the EU before the transfer – typically about 3 months, and longer (around 6 months for managers and specialists) in the Brussels-Capital Region.
The ICT permit is for managers, specialists and trainee employees being transferred within the same company group from outside the EU to Belgium for more than 90 days.
