What happens if my family is smaller than six people?

The University of the West Indies Fund has a firm minimum of six persons per application. If your family is smaller, this option is simply not available to you.

Smaller families typically use the National Development Fund (a minimum US$230,000 contribution), the real estate option (from US$300,000), or business investment. A licensed agent can compare the all-in cost of these routes for your family size, since for fewer than six people one of the other options is usually both available and more economical.
