What documents and registrations does the start-up permit require?

The application centres on a detailed step-by-step plan describing your venture: its legal form, organisation, roles, goals, the innovative product or service, and how you will implement it over time.

Both you and your facilitator must be registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), and you need the signed facilitation agreement in place. Because the RVO advises the IND on your plan, facilitator and innovation, the quality and completeness of these documents largely determine the outcome.
