Your permit is tied to the institution and programme you declared, so a change of course or school must be reported to Identita and may require an updated permit.
The student residence permit is granted on the basis of a specific enrolment, so the institution and programme are recorded against your permit. If you switch schools, change to a different course, or stop studying, that change affects the basis on which the permit was issued.
You should notify Identita's Expatriates Unit promptly and provide new enrolment documents. Failing to report a change, or dropping below the required study conditions, can lead to the permit being refused at renewal or withdrawn, so keep your status aligned with your actual studies.
