Can I work for a Greek company on the Greece Digital Nomad permit?

The whole basis of the digital nomad permit is that your income comes from abroad. You can be employed by a foreign company, run your own business registered outside Greece, or freelance for non-Greek clients, all while living in Greece.

What you cannot do is sign an employment contract with a Greek employer or provide services to the local Greek market under this status. If your situation changes and you want to work for a Greek company, you would generally need to switch to a different category, such as an employment residence permit.
