Yes. Switzerland recognises dual nationality, so you do not have to give up your original citizenship from the Swiss side, provided your home country also permits it.
From Switzerland's perspective, becoming Swiss does not require you to renounce your previous nationality, so many naturalised citizens hold two or more passports.
The limiting factor is your country of origin: if that country does not allow its nationals to hold another citizenship, you could lose your original nationality under its own laws. It is therefore wise to check the rules of your home country before naturalising.
