Yes — the 'Talent' card is the renamed and restructured Passeport Talent, a multi-year residence card (up to four years) for skilled workers, researchers, founders, investors and other high-value profiles.
The January 2024 immigration law renamed the Passeport Talent to the carte de sejour 'Talent' and reorganised it into around ten sub-categories, including qualified employees, the EU Blue Card, researchers, business creators, holders of recognised innovative projects, direct investors, artists, medical professionals, corporate officers and people of national or international renown. Most cards are valid for up to four years and renewable. A key advantage is that no labour-market test applies, and accompanying family members receive a 'Talent — famille' card allowing them to live and work in France. Eligibility depends on meeting the salary, qualification, financing or investment threshold for the chosen sub-category. Apply through the France-Visas portal or your local prefecture.
