Yes, but only children born after you are entered on the Foreign Births Register can apply through you.
Once you are registered in the Foreign Births Register you are an Irish citizen, and children born to you after that point can themselves apply for entry on the register. This is how the line continues to the next generation.
Children who were born before you registered cannot apply through you, because you were not an Irish citizen at the time of their birth. If you are planning a family, registering before children arrive preserves their eligibility.
