Yes. Spouses and civil partners of Irish citizens can apply under a shorter, dedicated route rather than the standard residence rule, provided they meet the relationship and residence conditions.
If you are the spouse or civil partner of an Irish citizen, there is a separate naturalisation route with a reduced residence requirement compared with the general five-year rule. You normally need to show a period of marriage or civil partnership together with a period of reckonable residence in Ireland.
You must be in a genuine and subsisting relationship and living together, and you still have to satisfy the good character and other standard conditions. The relationship route changes the residence maths, but it does not remove the other requirements.
