You must establish and run the business as proposed, work on it full time, not become a burden on the State, and not be convicted of any criminal offence in any jurisdiction.
To keep your STEP permission valid and to qualify for renewal, you must actually set up the business you described and operate it full time. You cannot take other employment, and you must not become a financial burden on the Irish State.
You also must not be convicted of a criminal offence in any jurisdiction. Failing any of these conditions, or letting the business lapse, can lead to your permission not being renewed.
