The programme is designed for businesses that are part of the innovation economy and operate in areas with high potential for future growth, such as technology or other scalable, innovative sectors.

Everyday businesses such as retail outlets, personal services, catering and similar operations are specifically excluded. Your application needs to show that your venture is genuinely innovative and capable of growth, not a conventional small business.
