What economic conditions must my business meet to qualify for this permit?

Polish law requires that the business is economically meaningful. One route is generating income at or above a defined multiple of the average monthly gross wage in your voivodeship over the relevant period. The other route is meeting an employment threshold by hiring full-time employees on indefinite contracts.

If your business is new and has not yet met these thresholds, you may still qualify if you can show that your activities make it likely you will meet them, for example through a credible business plan and investment. Because these conditions are central to approval, prepare financial statements, employment records, and tax filings carefully before applying.
