The National Innovation visa lets you include members of your family unit in your application. You can add them when you lodge, or at any time before the Department makes a decision. If you are under 18, you can only include your parents and members of that parent's family unit.
Every family member who applies must meet the health and character requirements, whether or not they are travelling to Australia with you. There is an extra visa application charge for each family member. If you choose not to include your partner or dependent children, you must explain why.
