The Digital Nomad Programme helps facilitate and speed up your application, but the official rules are explicit that there is no legal entitlement to participation - inclusion is discretionary and decided by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Even once you are supported by the programme, your long-term visa or long-term residence permit application is still assessed by the immigration authorities. You must meet the standard conditions and submit complete, correct documents. Programme support improves your chances and timeline but is not an automatic approval.
