The ICT permit is for managers, specialists, and trainees being moved within the same company group from a unit outside the EU to a Swedish unit.
The Intra-Corporate Transfer permit covers three roles: managers (who lead operations and have authority over staff), specialists (who hold specialised knowledge essential to the business), and trainees (university graduates transferred for career development).
The transfer must happen inside the same company or group of companies. You move from a unit located outside the EU/EEA to a related unit in Sweden, rather than being hired by an unrelated Swedish employer.
