Unlike the National Economic Fund donation, the Enterprise Project route is an actual investment into an operating business, so in principle it can have value or generate returns. However, it is not a guaranteed refund mechanism.
The capital must remain invested for at least five years to keep citizenship valid, and the commercial performance of the enterprise determines whether you recover or grow your money. Treat it as a business risk, not a deposit, and carry out independent due diligence on any approved project before committing.
