You can study courses that are not eligible for a Student visa; for anything that would need a Student visa, you should switch back to that route instead.
The Graduate visa allows limited study. You can take courses that do not qualify for a Student visa, but you cannot use it as a substitute for studying a full Student-visa-eligible programme.
