Other Key Workers are assessed on a points test designed to capture overall employability. Points are awarded for qualifications (up to 30), work experience (up to 20), language skills in German and other languages (up to 25), and age, with younger applicants scoring more (up to 15). Certain roles, such as athletes and sports coaches, can receive bonus points.
