Yes. During the permit's validity you can change employers, work for more than one employer, or change jobs with the same employer, but you need a written approval decision first.
The single permit is not permanently locked to one employer. Within its validity you may change employers, take up work with two or more employers, or move to a different job with your current employer.
The catch is that these changes require a written approval in the form of a decision from the administrative unit, issued after the Employment Service gives its consent. So while job mobility is allowed, you must not simply switch jobs informally; wait for the approval decision before starting the new role to keep your status secure.
