What qualifications do I need for Sweden's permit to look for work or start a business?

This permit is aimed at highly qualified people. You must have completed studies corresponding to a second-cycle qualification: for example a 60-credit Master's, a 120-credit Master's, a professional degree worth 60 to 330 credits, or a postgraduate/PhD-level degree.

You must also hold a valid passport, intend to either seek qualified employment or explore starting a business, and currently be living outside Sweden when you apply.
