Your spouse and unmarried children under 21 can come in O-3 status. They may study but are not permitted to work.
Family members of an O-1 holder can accompany you in O-3 dependent status, which lasts as long as your O-1 status remains valid.
O-3 dependents are allowed to attend school or study in the United States, whether part-time or full-time.
However, O-3 status does not permit employment. If your spouse wishes to work, they would need to qualify independently for a status or work authorization that allows it.
