Lack of expert-panel approval, an idea judged not innovative enough, failing to show sufficient funds to support yourself, not recording biometrics in time, or not being genuinely active in the business.
Typical refusal grounds include: the business plan was not approved by the expert panel, or the idea is considered conventional rather than innovative with growth potential; the applicant cannot document enough funds to be self-supporting (the requirement rises with each accompanying family member); biometrics are not recorded within the required window after applying; or the founder is not actually running and developing the approved business. Addressing these points before applying materially improves the chance of approval.
