The whole purpose of Francophone Mobility is to strengthen Francophone communities outside Quebec, so the job offer must be for a position located in any province or territory other than Quebec. If your job is in Quebec, you would need a different route, which usually involves Quebec's own immigration processes and may require an LMIA.
