No. The non-lucrative visa prohibits carrying out work or professional activity in Spain; it is for people who can support themselves from outside income.
The non-lucrative visa (visado de residencia no lucrativa) is designed for non-EU nationals who want to live in Spain without working there. You may not perform employed or self-employed lucrative activity within Spain while holding it.
Income must come from sources outside Spain, such as pensions, savings, investments or passive income. Owning business interests or earning passive income abroad is generally compatible with the visa, but actively working from Spanish soil is not permitted.
