Your temporary residence for employment is granted for a named employer and role. It is not a general permission to work for anyone in Slovakia.
If you move to a different employer, you generally have to submit a fresh application with the new employment documents (such as the new contract and labour-market confirmation), along with the standard supporting documents. Until the new permit is approved you should not start working for the new employer. Treat any job change as a new process and plan for the processing time so you avoid a gap in your right to work.
