The Home Care Worker Immigration pilots were structured so there was not a specific requirement for in-Canada work experience to qualify, which opened the door to applicants abroad as well as those already in Canada. At the same time, a portion of the available spaces was allocated to workers already in Canada to support their access. You still need eligible work experience or training in a qualifying occupation plus a full-time home care job offer.
