Can my spouse and children come with me on a non-lucrative visa?

Your spouse or registered partner and dependent children can generally accompany you under your non-lucrative residence application. Adult children usually only qualify if they are dependent due to a health condition.

For each family member added, you must show extra financial resources on top of the amount required for yourself, because none of you may rely on income from work in Spain. Family members hold the same restriction against lucrative activity that applies to the main applicant.
