Yes; you can apply for a residence permit to look for work or start a business, granted for up to two years, and you can apply right after graduation or within five years of it.
After completing your degree in Finland you can apply for an extended residence permit to look for work or to start a business. It can be granted for a maximum of two years.
You can apply right after graduation, or any time within five years of graduating. You may also take the permit in parts of at least six months each, with the last part ending within three years of when the first part started.
With this permit you can work as much as you like and in any sector. You still need to show sufficient funds, at least EUR 800 per month for the period you apply for.
