The Australian Government closed the Business Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) to new applications from 31 July 2024. Applications validly lodged before that date continue to be processed.
Refunds of the visa application charge have been made available for certain applicants who withdraw their application on or after that date. If you are considering a business or investment migration option, you should seek current advice, because new subclass 188 applications can no longer be made.
