The Health and Care Worker visa is for trained medical and social care professionals coming to work for the NHS, an NHS supplier, or an adult social care provider. You need a confirmed job offer in an eligible occupation and a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed employer.
You must work in one of the specific eligible roles for the route. If your job is not on the eligible occupation list, you may instead need a standard Skilled Worker visa, which has different fees and conditions.
