The business permit has two layers. First, the business itself must meet the legal income or employment thresholds. Second, as the applicant you must show you have a stable and regular source of income high enough to cover living costs for yourself and your family, above the statutory minimum levels.
You also need health insurance recognised under Polish health law, and proof of a place to live. These personal conditions apply to most temporary residence permits, so failing them can sink an otherwise strong business application. Keep documentation current, as the office assesses your situation at the time of decision.
