Who it's for

Owners, shareholders and managers of an established, genuinely operating Lithuanian company.

Key requirements

The company has carried on genuine activity for at least the required period (around 6 months) before applying
Company equity of at least EUR 28,000, of which at least EUR 14,000 represents the applicant's invested funds or assets
The applicant is the manager or holds a qualifying shareholding, and the firm employs qualifying staff at the required wage level
