This Global Business Mobility route is for employees on a graduate training programme who are transferred to a UK branch as part of their career development. It is a short, temporary route for trainees moving toward managerial or specialist roles.
The Graduate visa is a post-study work route for international students who completed an eligible UK degree on a Student visa. No job offer or sponsor is needed, so you can work or look for work at any skill level. It cannot be extended, but you can switch to a work route such as Skilled Worker.
