No. Family reunification is not available to holders of this employment permit; the only exception is a child born in Hungary during the permit's validity.
Unlike some other Hungarian permits, the residence permit for the purpose of employment does not allow family reunification. Your spouse and existing children cannot join you on the basis of this permit.
The single exception is a child born in Hungary while your permit is valid, who can receive a family reunification permit automatically once the birth is notified. If keeping your family together is essential, consider whether a different route, such as the EU Blue Card, better fits your situation.
