Not freely. The Single Permit is tied to a specific employer, so changing jobs generally requires a new application and approval before you start.
A Single Permit authorises you to work for the specific employer named on it. It is not a general, open work permit, so you cannot simply move to a different company at will.
If you want to change employer, a fresh application linked to the new job normally has to be submitted and approved before you begin the new role. Starting work for a new employer without the proper authorisation can put your status at risk, so coordinate timing carefully with both employers and seek advice before resigning.
