Applicants typically submit a completed application form, a valid passport, recent photographs, and an employment contract or a written promise of employment for the highly qualified role. You must also provide a decision recognising your higher-education qualification in Slovakia.
In addition you need a criminal record extract (apostilled or superlegalised and recent), proof of accommodation for the relevant period, and a medical certificate after approval. Documents are generally required in Slovak, so allow time for certified translations and legalisation before you apply.
