You can, but in the first two years a change of employer requires a new EU Blue Card application, while after two years you mainly notify the authorities and submit the new contract.
During the first two years of Blue Card employment, Croatia restricts you to the specific job and employer the card was issued for. If your employment ends or you move to a new employer in that period, you must submit a new EU Blue Card application, generally within eight days of the employment ending.
After you have completed two years, the rules ease. You still have to notify the authorities within eight days and provide your new employment contract, but your existing card remains valid. This gives more mobility to longer-tenured Blue Card holders while keeping the authorities informed.
