Yes. If your application succeeds, your spouse and dependants can apply too, but each must also have completed the required 60 months of legal residence.
Family members are not granted Long Term Residency automatically on the back of your application. Your spouse, civil partner and dependants can make their own applications once you have been approved.
Crucially, each family member must independently meet the 60-month legal residence requirement. A spouse who arrived more recently may not yet qualify, even if you do, so it is worth checking each person's residence history separately.
