Can I bring my spouse and children with me on a subclass 500 Student visa?

The Student visa allows you to include eligible family members, namely your spouse or de facto partner and your dependent children, on your application.

You can add them when you first apply or lodge a subsequent application for them to join you later. Family members must meet health and character requirements and be covered by health insurance. Note that work rights for an accompanying partner can be limited depending on your level of study, so check the conditions before they make work plans.
