What documents and business plan does the Estonian business permit application require?

Applications are assessed on substance. You must submit documentation covering the company's details, a description of the business concept, financial forecasts for the next two financial years, and the CVs of those managing the business. You also provide evidence of sufficient income (six times the subsistence level) and a valid health insurance contract. A decision is normally given within 90 days, with the residence permit card issued within about 30 days after a positive decision. A weak or unrealistic business plan is a common reason for refusal.
