Which parts of my pay count toward the Pay Limit Scheme salary requirement?

Non-cash perks are excluded because they are not part of the fixed salary. Your salary must also be paid into a Danish bank account in your own name, typically within 180 days of the permit being issued, so the agency can confirm you are actually receiving the agreed pay.
