Which fields and endorsing bodies cover the Global Talent visa?

The route is open to leaders and potential leaders in three broad areas: academia or research, arts and culture (including film, fashion and architecture), and digital technology.

Each field has designated endorsing bodies - for example the Royal Society, the British Academy, the Royal Academy of Engineering and UK Research and Innovation for research, and Arts Council England for arts and culture. You usually need their endorsement before applying, unless you hold an eligible prestigious prize that lets you skip that step.
