Is a job offer required for the Federal Skilled Worker Program?

A valid job offer is one of the six selection factors and can add points to your 67-point grid, and arranged employment can also factor into adaptability. However, because job offers must meet specific conditions to count, plenty of successful skilled-worker applicants enter and succeed in Express Entry without one.
