How long is the Estonian business residence permit valid, and how is it extended?

A temporary residence permit for business is issued for up to five years. When it expires you can apply to extend it, and extensions can be granted for up to ten years at a time. Extension generally depends on the business remaining genuinely active and on you continuing to meet the income, investment and other conditions, so keep the company operating and your documentation current throughout the permit period.
