The eVisitor is for tourism and business visitor activities, such as attending a conference, making business enquiries, or conducting contractual negotiations. These business activities do not include work, and the eVisitor is not a work visa.
Study is limited: you must not study for more than 3 months while on an eVisitor.
If you want to work in Australia, or to study a longer course, you will need a different and appropriate visa.
