Who qualifies for the Greece ICT (intra-corporate transfer) permit?

The ICT permit is for employees of a company based outside the EU who are temporarily posted to a branch or group company in Greece. It covers three roles: managers, specialists, and trainee employees.

The transfer must be within the same undertaking or group of undertakings, and the employment relationship with the foreign employer continues during the assignment. This permit is specifically for intra-company moves, not for being hired by an unrelated Greek employer.
