Do I have to live in Antigua and Barbuda after getting citizenship through the NDF?

Citizenship granted through the National Development Fund does not require you to move to or reside in Antigua and Barbuda. It is designed for investors who want a second citizenship while continuing to live elsewhere.

The only physical-presence condition is a minimum of five days spent in the country during the first five years after citizenship is granted. This can usually be satisfied with one short visit or several shorter trips. Missing this requirement can affect your status, so plan at least one qualifying visit within the five-year window.
