Unlike the Positive List, the Pay Limit Scheme does not require your occupation to appear on any shortage list or set a minimum education level. The decisive factor is that your offered annual salary meets the threshold, which is adjusted each year.
Your pay and terms must also correspond to Danish standards for the role. Certain regulated professions (for example in healthcare) may still require Danish authorisation before you can work, even if your salary qualifies.
