Do I need a job offer or sponsor for the Global Talent visa?

The Global Talent visa is unusual among work routes because it is not tied to a single employer. There is no certificate of sponsorship and no job offer requirement.

Instead, you qualify either by winning an eligible prestigious prize, or by being endorsed by an approved body as a leader or potential leader in academia or research, arts and culture, or digital technology. The freedom from an employer is one of the route's main attractions.
